With over 15 years of professional experience in the development sector, Faisal Shaikh has spent 8 years working extensively with NGOs in areas including water, education, disaster management, health, community services, and orphan care. For the past 7 years, he has been serving in the education sector, leading large education portfolios and strengthening school systems through effective planning, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
His leadership is driven by a strong commitment to sustainable, community-centered development and equitable access to quality education and basic services.

Shoaib Shuja is an educationist and social development professional with over six years of experience. He works to improve learning quality, student character, and practical life skills through innovative educational programs.
He is particularly interested in youth development, ethical education, and innovative learning programs that prepare young people to become confident, responsible, and future-ready members of society.
